We will provide free shipping on all orders.

Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Information

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the time your order is placed. Priority and Express orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Priority and Express orders placed after 10:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2-5 days.

Package Arrival Time

Orders are shipped usually in 15-30 calender days, depends on the different destination of your order place.

Cancel/change order

If you need to pick up an already placed order, please email us your orderer or username, so that we can find your order quickly, you must cancel/change the order within 12 hours after placing the order , we will try our best to meet your needs. Once the goods are shipped, they cannot be changed.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! and you can scan your package into their system.

Incorrect Or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed, and return back to us or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the carrier, we will contact you by email. Once the package is returned back to us, our returns team will process it and refund the subtotal of your order.

Note: Once we have processed a refund, it can take to your bank within 7-10 business days to process the refund ,and it will issue back to your original payment or credict card, you can check your bank account.
