Bend, Oregon, Position Overview Hooker Creek is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Manager to oversee all aspects of our ready-mix division. This key leadership role is responsible for managing production, sales, dispatch, customer relationships, and personnel. The ideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge and a collaborative leadership style to support our team, drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of ready-mix production and delivery across multiple plant locations Oversee customer service and sales efforts, including quoting, order management, and relationship development Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and commercial clients to support customer retention and new business.
